Gordon was the only local company bar one to actually bother to reply to our enquiry. He came to our house and we were instantly impressed with his genuine and honest presentation without any "sales pitch". The other company was very pushy and just seemed to focus on money and there was no attention to detail or personal touch whatsoever. Gordon explained in detail how his offering and installation technique differs to a lot of the local companies. Our shutters have now been installed on all 5 front windows. The finish and attention to detail is seamless in every room and utter perfection as far as I am concerned. There are no gaps around the windows and they look like they have been there forever. The shutter doors open smoothly and the tilting system is fantastic. I highly recommend this professional and local company. Incredible quality and workmanship
I would recommend Gordon to absolutely anyone. Polite, courteous and professional, his work is carried out to an incredibly high standard with an impeccable finish. From the moment we had Gordon round to do a measure up and quote we knew he was the one we were going to go with. There was no hard sell, just honesty and a more than reasonable price (the cheapest of 4 quotes we had) for a premium quality product (solid hardwood shutters as opposed to plastic ones).
